Responsibility of Safety
Ultimate responsibility of safe aircraft operations rests solely upon the appropriately certificated FAA pilot in command. Student pilots must meet all FAA criteria as set forth within FAR part 61 Certification of Pilots and Flight instructors, while receiving instruction from a current Certified Flight Instructor. The CFI is ultimately responsible to monitor and correct his or her student's actions and not Aviation Online Training. FAA Certified pilots are responsible for their own currency and competency which is set forth by the FAR's.
Aircraft shall be operated in accordance with the manufacturers pilot operating manual and or placards installed in the aircraft at the time of manufacture. Aviation Online Training LLC training materials, checklists, presentations, maps, weight and balance information and other materials are for training use only and not to override or replace manufacturer or Federal Aviation Regulations documents or procedures.
Accuracy of FAA Test Questions
Aviation Online Training LLC does not guarantee that the FAA test questions reviewed during live or recorded training session represents the actual test question on the FAA written exam. Aviation Online Training does not guarantee a passing grade on the actual FAA written test. Refunds will not be granted for a students failure of the FAA written exam.
